Base Oil 4CST
This oil is obtained from refining crude oil. After refining, the extraction process is done with solvent. Next, in order to increase the purity of the oil, they use the dehydrogenation process. In this step, hydrogen and catalysts are used to separate nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur elements. The high precision in the purification process has resulted in an increase in the price of base oil 4cst.
This product has better specifications than others and can withstand more pressure and heat. This has made them use it as an additive to prepare secondary oils.
Applications :
1- Car engine oilHigh Quality engine oil is a combination of several oils with different chemical formulas. base oil 4cst is considered a suitable additive due to its high viscosity index and low amount of sulfur and aromatic compounds. Adding this oil to engine oil stabilizes the viscosity at different temperatures and reduces friction and oil deposits in the ducts.
2- Lubricant for turbinesTurbines need periodic service, and lubrication of different parts of the turbine is one of these services. Special lubricants are used to lubricate turbines. These lubricants are a combination of base oil, corrosion inhibitors, oxidation inhibitors, defoamants, and demulsifiers. More than 90% of this composition is base oil and the rest of the ingredients are considered additives.
3- Hydraulic oilHydraulic oil is used to lubricate gear components and sometimes to transfer power from one part to another part. Of course, hydraulic oil is a combination of several oils and base oil 4cst is also one of the components of hydraulic oils.
4- Viscosity index regulatorViscosity index shows the amount of changes in oil viscosity with temperature changes. High viscosity index means oil viscosity changes less against temperature changes. For some special machines which industrial oil is not produced, technicians combine several oils. base oil 4cst is used when they want to improve the viscosity index of the final solution.
Handling Health & Safety :
Lubricants consisting of highly refined mineral oils with specification additives. In normal conditions of use, this lubricant presents no particular toxic hazard. All lubricants, of any kind should be handled with great care, particularly avoiding can contact with the skin.
Prevent any splashing, and keep away from combustible materials. Store under cover and away from any risk of pollution. Dispose off the used oil correctly; don’t pour down drains, into watercourses or the soil.
